Tues Dec 2 2003. Went to bed at 5am, got up at 12:45pm. Have a slight headache today (not bad but enough to know it's there, started in back of head and settled in left temple and eye). Must have been dreaming last night, can't remember the dream only that I had blood in my urine (was a bright red and could only see it at the beginning of the stream, end of the stream was pretty clear)....have no idea what that means. Ears ringing but so far not as loud as yesterday. Low back pain (left side just above belt) and legs tired and very stiff in back well above knees. Tendency to lose balance and fall backwards.

Wed Dec 3 2003. Went to bed about 6am, Still awake at 8am, fell asleep on left side and woke up soon with headache on left side, turned over, got up about 10:45am. Eyes are tired and burning but I didn't have much sleep. Holding bladder ok. Ears ringing but not real loud. Legs tired and sore but minimal pain.

Thurs Dec 4 2003. Fell asleep on the couch about 10pm, got up at 9am. Had been getting headaches all night (from laying on one side so I would turn over then I would get the headache from laying on that side). Extremely stiff and sore today, pain has increased. Ears ringing. Other potencies of the remedy haven't come yet.

Fri Dec 5 2003. Went to bed at about 2am (took a long time to fall asleep....probably worry), got up at 10:45am. Right ear ringing louder than left last night. Mood is not good. Right ankle weak (easy to give out). Legs stiff. Urination a little more frequent today (have the urge more often). Remedy came today, took the 200C at about 2pm. Haven't noticed much yet at 10:30pm.

Sat Dec 6 2003. Went to bed at 3:30am, got up at 10:30am (no dreams that I can remember). Last night and today have felt some pressure in bladder and a knot in pit of stomach (bowel movement doesn't relieve). Bowel movements are short pieces, medium brown color and smell is kinda sour (close as I can come to describing smell). Had headache when I woke up (went away after moving around). Sore spot just under right kneecap when walking. Hamstrings in both legs tight and a little sore (up high). Took the 1M at 11pm. Legs have been stiff all day, knees hard to bend.

Sun Dec 7 2003. Went to bed at 2am (up at 4am to urinate...felt pressure in bladder again a few minutes later), got up at 9am. Nose is running some (just like water). Right ear still ringing louder than left. Legs feel weak but less pain. Have been able to hold it for a long time but have had much bladder pressure. Ankles turning and difficult to pick feet up and bend knees.

Mon Dec 8 2003. Went to bed at 3am (was still awake at 5am), got up at 10:30am. Legs stiff, difficult to bend knees and ankles turn (more on right ankle). Ears ringing but not as loud. Bladder worse early (leaked some once), got much better later in the day. Left foot started jerking about 7:30pm while sitting at my computer.

Tues Dec 9 2003. Went to bed at 4:30am, got up at 11:45am. Bladder feels ok. Nothing major but legs don't hurt bad...not sure about mood yet. Legs feel a little sore. Had some nasal drainage a couple of times today (clear like water, first right side, then a little while later left side). Left foot seems to jerk occasionally while sitting.

Wed Dec 10 2003. Went to bed about 4:30am, got up ae 12:30pm. Had trouble going to sleep, woke up several times after I did. Extremely stiff and sore when I got up (low back and back of legs). Have been sneezing some (I know that is one of the symptoms for the remedy so not sure if it means anything). Ordered the MMR stuff today.

Thurs Dec 11 2003. Went to bed about 3:30am, got up at 10:30am. Did not feel refreshed when I got up (still tired). Bladder ok. Ears ringing but may not be as loud. Stiff and sore still. Starting to feel a slight headache (6pm).

Fri Dec 12 2003. Went to bed about 4am, got up at 11:30am. Very stiff and sore when I got up. I sometimes get a sensation in my head when I raise up that is difficult to describe but I'll do my best....Lets try the description of an electrical short, sounds like a buzzing and my mind gets confused while the buzzing is happening, doesn't last long just while sitting up, once I am up the buzzing stops and my senses return. Back was very sore all night (low, left side). Legs sore when I stood up. Mood is down. Left foot started jerking tonight (feels like shoe is too tight).

Sat Dec 13 2003. Went to bed about 3:30am, got up at 11:30am. Developed a headache during the night (mainly left temple but also the whole left side of head). Legs very stiff and sore. Went out this evening and as soon as the cold air hit me I got sore all over to the point of pain. Having trouble picking feet up off the floor. Haven't had any dreams.

Sun Dec 14 2003. No change.

Mon Dec 15 2003. Went to bed about 2am, got up at 11am. Neck stiff, slight headache. Eyes tired, feel like going back to sleep. Sat I had a left sided headache...today has been a right sided headache.

Tues Dec 14 2003. Went to bed about 4:30am, got up at 10:45am. Worried about finances all day. Bladder was ok. Knees wouldn't bend while standing. Legs stiff and weak feeling.

Wed Dec 17 2003. Went to bed about 6am, got up at 11am. Nose plugged up. Legs sore, dragging toes. Took MMR vaccine 200c at 5:30pm. Depression and worry tonight.

Thurs Dec 18 2003. Went to bed about 4am (was still awake at 7am), got up at 10:30am. Tired today. Have sore spots on upper legs but not a whole lot of pain. Feels like something restricting movement of upper legs. Took MMR 1M at 7:30pm.

Fri Dec 19 2003. Went to bed at 4am (took awhile to go to sleep but less than last night), got up at 9am. Tired, legs sore (upper back). Sinuses feels like a blockage in nose (in back). Had a sneezing spell last night with nasal discharge (either clear or white....kinda sticky). Ears have been ringing very loud. Took MMR 10M at 10pm. Have very pronounced episodes of emotion this evening.

Sat Dec 20 2003. Went to bed at 3am, got up at 11am. Legs stiff but not much pain. Tired and sleepy. Ears were ringing very loud last night (both sides), ringing less in left ear today...still loud in right ear.

Sun Dec 21 2003. Went to bed ay 6am, got up at 12:30pm. Legs sore today. Turned over last night and heard my neck pop, have had a headache in back of head and neck all day.

Mon Dec 22 2003. Went to bed at 2am, got up at 8am. Headache not bad but eyes sore, legs sore, back of neck tender. Bladder ok. Next came today, took the 30c tonight. After a couple of hours ringing in ears seemed to intensify and legs felt a little numb.

Tues Dec 23 2003. Went to bed at 12am, got up at 9:30am. Didn't get up early enough (had headache and back pain from laying down too long). Ears not ringing as loud and legs stiff but not as bad I think. Stool almost like water and a mucous like texture. Neck and eyes are really sore right now.

Thurs Dec 25 2003. Went to bed about 2am, got up at 11:45am, very sore. Legs very stiff. Very difficult to stand or walk. Stomach sore up high (probably has much to do with what and how much I've had to eat).

Fri Dec 26 2003. Went to bed about 3am, got up at 10:30am. Still tired. Had a split stream when I went to urinate after getting up (just part of the time). Stool was very dark, smelled kind of sour and was difficult to pass (have had some nuts so may have had something to do with it). Legs are stiff and feel weak (weaker feeling than before). Last couple of nights my feet and lower legs have felt ice cold. Felt cold earlier and I got in the bath, when I got out feet and lower legs felt warm but were bright red.

Sat Dec 27 2003. Went to bed about 2am (got up to urinate early and fell in the bathroom, landed on tailbone and must have broken the skin as there was some blood), got up at 11:30am. Have been very tired and sleepy all day with a right sided headache (neck, temple and right eye). Dragging feet all day and uncomfortable to sit.

Sun Dec 28 2003. Went to bed at 1am, got up at 10:30am. Left leg gave out when I tried to get up. Legs ache today. Very tired. Bladder OK. Low back pain, shoulder and neck stiff (could be a result of the fall yesterday). Have very little ambition to do anything.

Mon Dec 29 2003. Went to bed at 2:30am (was still awake at 3:30), alarm went off at 8am and I had to be up. Took a few tries to get on my feet. Legs felt weak and low back feeling uncomfortable. Legs sore when sitting or standing and back and legs sore when bending but it has been much worse in the past.

Tues Dec 30 2003. Went to bed about 2am, got up at 11am. Was dreaming I didn't make it to the bathroom before leaking (I must have had to go but didn't want to wake up). Was eating some pistachio nuts last night and felt like about 3 places on my lower lip were about to blister (I love them but I must be sensitive to them). Kept  waking up early this morning but didn't want to get up so would go back to sleep. Had a headache when I did get up and had trouble standing up. Legs sore but not as much pain as before. Ear ringing has went down some, was very loud early evening. Bladder pressure all day and have urinated more frequently than I had been recently.

Wed Dec 31 2003. Went to bed at 1:30am (was still awake at 6:30am), got up at 11:30am. Laying on right side, right testicle hurt, laying on left side feet would jerk. Right foot was itching for awhile. Was still very tired when I did get up, had trouble getting to my feet.
